Shutters must be unpackaged immediately upon arrival and inspected. Any damage claim must be made within seven days of receiving shipment. If shutters are not installed right away be sure to store in a safe place away from high humidity, extreme heat, or other weather conditions. Shutters left in packaging will result in damage.
