Board & Batten shutters are constructed of two main parts; boards, the vertical slats, and battens, the horizontal portions used to hold the boards in place.

 

Board & Batten shutters can be joined or spaced styles.

Louvers are individual overlapping uniform slats set into a frame.

 

The louver shutter is the oldest of designs, dating back to the 1400’s, and is currently the most popular of all options.

SweetHome vinyl shutters are sold in pairs featuring on-trend colors, as well as a paint-able Polystyrene option for a picture-perfect custom color finish.
